Role Overview
This newly created role is a chance to shape how integrated planning supports our Brand and Marketing teams as they grow. As our Integrated Planning Lead, you’ll help bring together big ideas, customer insight, and organisational priorities into clear, connected plans that make a real difference. You’ll work with teams across Nest Experience, to bring focus, structure, and momentum to our activity, making sure we invest our time, energy, and budget where it can have the greatest impact for our members, employers, and partners.
If you enjoy connecting people, cutting through complexity, and helping teams do their best work, this role gives you the space to make a meaningful mark. You’ll have the chance to influence senior stakeholders, shape how planning works across a growing function, and use data and insight to guide better decisions. We’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, confidence, and collaboration. In return, you’ll join an inclusive organisation with a clear purpose: helping millions of people build a better financial future.
Minimum Criteria
The minimum criteria for this role are:
- Hands-on experience of planning across brand and performance marketing channels will be important, alongside the confidence to turn multiple priorities into clear, connected plans that help teams focus on the work that matters most.
- Comfortable working across functions, the right person will be able to represent brand and marketing priorities in broader business conversations, helping colleagues understand what we’re trying to achieve, why it matters, and how we can work together to deliver better outcomes.
- Experience of building more mature, joined-up planning practices within a brand or marketing function would be valuable. As this is a newly created role, there is a real opportunity to help set the foundations and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to how integrated planning works at Nest.
- A practical approach to risk and governance will also be important, with the ability to work closely with risk, compliance, and other internal partners to create principles and processes that help teams manage marketing activity responsibly, while still supporting creativity, pace, and impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
