This role sits within the NCA (New Commercial Arts) part of WPP Production and is based In Rose Court, Southwark.

About the Role
We are looking for a talented Integrated Producer to join WPP Production and work as part of our global production partnership with Bacardi, including its portfolio of brands such as Martini and St-Germain. With this account being fairly new, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established team yet have autonomy to shape the way thing are run.

What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end production of integrated campaigns across TV/broadcast, film, digital, social, OOH, experiential and stills.
- Partner with Creative and Account teams from initial briefing through to final delivery.
- Translate creative concepts into clear, achievable production approaches and plans.
- Develop production rationales, scopes, estimates, schedules and delivery plans.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative, commercial and operational priorities.
- Ensure creative consistency and quality across multiple channels, formats and deliverables.
- Work closely with digital, social and experiential teams to ensure content is effectively integrated and adapted across channels.
Production Management
- Source and evaluate production companies, directors, photographers, post-production partners, VFX teams, music partners and other specialist suppliers.
- Negotiate estimates, fees, schedules and production approaches to achieve the best creative and commercial outcome.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with production partners and creative talent.
- Lead pre-production, including treatments, casting, locations, crew, schedules, technical requirements and production logistics.
- Oversee shoots of all shapes and sizes, both in the UK and internationally.
- Manage post-production across editing, VFX, colour, sound, music, photography finishing and other content requirements.
- Oversee final delivery, versioning, localisation and technical specifications across relevant channels.
- Ensure projects are properly wrapped, reconciled and that final assets and production documentation are appropriately managed.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong and trusted relationships with clients, creative teams, account teams and production partners - this is a very client facing role
- Provide expert production guidance and practical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Identify potential challenges early and proactively recommend solutions.
- Manage production issues and conflicts calmly and constructively.
- Represent WPP Production professionally across client and partner relationships.
- Work collaboratively across disciplines and communicate effectively up, down and laterally within the organisation.
Team & Talent Development
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive and inclusive production culture.
- Share knowledge and production expertise with colleagues and more junior members of the team.
- Support and mentor Associate Producers where appropriate.
- Build positive relationships across the wider WPP Production network.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in advertising agency production, with direct production experience being an advantage.
- Proven experience delivering integrated productions across broadcast, film, digital, social and photography/stills.
- Managing productions involving possibly high-profile celebrities and talent partnerships, with an understanding of scheduling and celeb contractual considerations.
- A good understanding of the full production lifecycle, from briefing and scoping through to production, post-production and final delivery.
- Strong understanding of the advertising agency environment and how Creative, Account, Project Management, Business Affairs, Digital and Social teams work together.
- Experience managing production budgets, estimates, schedules and reconciliations.
- Experience negotiating with production companies, directors, photographers, post-production houses and other third-party suppliers.
- Experience working with talent and an understanding of the additional considerations involved in celebrity and high-profile talent partnerships.
- A strong understanding of filmmaking, photography, post-production, digital platforms and content formats.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance creative ambition with budget, timing and business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- A calm, empathetic and collaborative approach, particularly when working under pressure.
- Strong proactive problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- A detail-oriented, self-organised and accountable approach, with a strong sense of ownership.
- The ability to work independently with limited supervision while communicating effectively an collaboratively across project teams.
- A hunger to embrace new technologies and evolving production models.
- An understanding of AI and a willingness to work within WPP and client guidelines
