Integrated Project Manager
West Midlands, Full-time, Permanent
A leading integrated creative agency within a globally recognised network is seeking an experienced integrated agency Project Manager to join its team in the West Midlands. This role offers a hybrid working model, with three in-office days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday). This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused integrated agency professional to manage high-profile, multi-channel campaigns for top-tier clients, while benefiting from a clearly defined career pathway towards progression into a Project Director position.
The Role
This role sits in a really great team, on an integrated account where this agency are the lead agency. The team are well established, knowledgeable and nurturing. You'll use your project management skills to deliver a broad variety of projects, to include TV.

- Develop good relationships with the Creative/Design department, Artworking Studio and Account Management
- Be client facing, campaign aware, and embrace collaboration with multiple partners and stakeholders both internally and externally
- Challenges and unknowns should be welcomed and relished
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience delivering projects within a creative or marketing agency environment (or in-house agency/studio)
- Expertise in scoping, planning and end-to-end project delivery for multiple creative and marketing channels
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to challenge and push back constructively when required
- Knowledge of both online and offline production processes
- Highly organised, proactive and solution-focused mindset
