About The Role
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our London team. This is a pivotal – and new – role that sits at the centre of both client delivery and agency operations.
Great ideas don't happen in isolation. They happen when brilliant people come together at exactly the right moment. Strategy informs creativity. Creativity inspires production. Production fuels earned attention across many platforms from media to social. And behind it all is someone ensuring every moving part is working in harmony.
The role has two core areas of responsibility. Firstly, you will be responsible for project management of key global campaigns for some of the agency's most high-profile clients. You will ensure work moves efficiently from brief to delivery across account, strategy, creative, production and specialist teams.
Secondly, you will work with agency Leadership to help run Chorus, our integrated capability bringing together Intelligence, Strategy, Creative and Creative Production, as ‘one team’ - ensuring resources, workflows and priorities are aligned across the business. This will enable a live view of agency capacity and demand, helping leadership make informed decisions about priorities, staffing and new opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
