Integrated Supply Program Manager – Warrington, UK

The Integrated Supply Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all Program Deliverables are achieved. The role will oversee and manage the company’s program at multiple sites in the UK. This will require a regular commute between the locations. Key deliverables will be effective management of the Engineering / Maintenance and Factory Consumables Storeroom and its staff to ensure that best practices associated with Inventory Management and Material Handling are deployed and maintained.
A key deliverable of the Integrated Supply Program Manager will be the identification and execution of the Customer’s cost reduction program where the Program Manager will be responsible for identifying Total Cost of Ownership opportunities such as Process Efficiency, Cost of Quality Improvement, Product Rationalisation/Substitution etc.

- Manage Cost Reduction Initiatives and ensure all program deliverables are achieved
- Oversee and effectively manage the Engineering / Maintenance and Factory Consumables Storeroom. Ensure best practices are deployed and maintained. Ensure compliance with all customer and company Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Drives Total Cost of Ownership Savings to meet or exceed contractual obligations
- Interacts with customer stakeholders and resolves all customer issues / requests
- Reports program performance through prescheduled and ad-hoc meetings, calls and other means of communication
- Manages Projects in a task and time bound format
Required Skill Sets / Abilities:
- Experience of working within manufacturing environments (Aerospace would be an advantage) and with hands-on knowledge of Engineering / Maintenance discipline
- Good knowledge of Engineering / Maintenance and Factory Consumables
- Good knowledge of Storeroom Operations & Inventory Management processes and procedures
- Good knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain (MRO / Facilities Maintenance)
- Numerate with a mind for ensuring accurate detail
- Experienced in the identification and execution of Total Cost of Ownership improvement within a manufacturing environment (Price Reduction, Product Substitution, Product Rationalisation, Cost of Quality Improvement)
- Strong leadership and team mentoring skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Current Driving License essential
