The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Integration Analyst to join a major transformation programme, supporting the discovery, analysis, migration, and modernisation of complex integration services.

This is a technical analysis role that sits between architecture, engineering, and delivery teams. You'll help uncover and document existing integration landscapes, assess dependencies, support migration planning, and ensure delivery teams have the information needed to successfully implement change.

The role is ideal for someone with experience in system integrations, APIs, enterprise applications, and technical delivery within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Discovery & Analysis

  • Lead discovery activities across applications, APIs, integration platforms, and supporting services.
  • Facilitate workshops with technical teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Analyse existing integration landscapes, dependencies, and operational processes.
  • Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities for modernisation.
  • Support architects in defining future-state integration strategies.

Integration & Migration Support

  • Assess APIs, services, messaging solutions, file transfers, and system integrations.
  • Document integration patterns, interfaces, data flows, and technical dependencies.
  • Support migration, transformation, and decommissioning initiatives.
  • Assist with cutover planning, readiness assessments, and migration sequencing.
  • Maintain accurate application and integration inventories.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
