What You Will Do

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality systems engineering through integration, verification, and validation processes.
  • Create and maintain essential artefacts such as strategies, plans, procedures, compliance matrices, and reports.
  • Lead the development of test equipment and fixtures, ensuring lifecycle requirements are met.
  • Oversee safety and security aspects of testing environments and facilities.
  • Support qualification activities, including in-house and external testing.
  • Actively contribute to improving processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and quality.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong knowledge of systems engineering and validation processes across hardware, software, and firmware.
  • Experience in designing and delivering specialised test equipment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as INCOSE and ISO 15288.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK for stakeholder and customer support.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain DV security clearance.
