Integrated Test Technician

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Integrated Test Technician to join our Manufacturing team, where you'll play a vital role in testing, fault-finding, and repairing advanced electro-mechanical products.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong electronics experience who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering quality work.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Integrated Test Technician, you'll be responsible for testing and repairing a range of products in line with product specifications and quality standards. You'll diagnose faults down to component level and ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.
Key responsibilities include:
- Testing electro-mechanical assemblies in accordance with product requirements
- Diagnosing and repairing faults to component level using schematic diagrams
- Completing production and repair activities in line with planned schedules and routing times
- Accurately recording documentation and manufacturing data
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards including ISO9001 and AS9100
- Following company processes, procedures, and local operating instructions
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing practices
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient working environment through 5S principles
- Ensuring test equipment and tooling are available, calibrated, and fit for use

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive and team-focused approach.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Practical electronics experience within a test, repair, engineering, or manufacturing environment
- Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills to component level
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematic diagrams
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and manufacturing/ERP systems
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications
- Good general education
- Relevant experience in electronics fault finding and repair
- Willingness to complete company training, including induction and human factors training, as required
