Integration Architect, ERP Transformation
Edinburgh, hybrid, 2 days onsite per week
£475 - £525 per day, Inside IR35
Initial 6-month contract, expected extension
Bright Purple is recruiting an experienced Integration Architect to join our client on a major ERP transformation programme. You will define and govern the integration architecture connecting COINS ERP with the wider technology landscape, working across APIs, middleware, messaging, interfaces and data flows. Working closely with technical teams and implementation partners, you will ensure integrations are secure, resilient and ready for deployment and ongoing support.

What you’ll be doing:
- Defining the integration strategy, target architecture and standards
- Designing reusable integration patterns across APIs, messaging, batch and event-driven integration
- Leading integration requirements and design workshops
- Reviewing and assuring interface designs and data flows
- Governing middleware and integration platform usage
- Supporting engineering teams through build, testing and deployment
- Defining operational support, monitoring and transition requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Integration Architecture experience within large ERP or enterprise transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, messaging and event-driven architecture
- Experience with RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus and/or Apache Kafka
- Experience integrating cloud, SaaS and on-premise applications
- Strong architecture governance and vendor assurance experience
- Understanding of security, resilience, performance and monitoring
