Role Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Benefits (Non-Americas), the APAC Benefits Manager will be responsible for review, transition, and management of the Benefits programs for CWT.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and drive the benefits approach to effectively manage and transition programs across companies from one entity to the other following the acquisition.
- Design and implement benefit programs, processes, and practices that are responsive to the company’s changing business needs and requirements/regulations in each geographic location.
- Serve as a Benefits subject matter expert by developing solutions and market-based plans aligned with company strategies.
- Experience of benefits design, managing risk covers such as Medical, Life, and Disability insurance programs, retirement benefit programs, and working with benefits brokers.
- Ensure benefit programs support the company’s strategic objectives by remaining knowledgeable of the key business goals.
- Utilize deep domain expertise and leadership in Health & Welfare and retirement plan design and administration, compliance, regulatory requirements, tracking and reporting obligations, and plan/program forecasting that allows managing the impact of each to the organization.
- Proactively monitor and assess current benefit programs, market trends, legislative, tax, and social changes that impact current programs.
- Manage communications per country and for each stakeholder group regarding any planned changes and timelines.
- Manage administration of health and welfare programs to ensure accuracy of enrollment, reports, and billing as well as to minimize user issues.
- Prepare reports as required by Government, Company, or State agencies.
- Review and analyze changes to local laws pertaining to benefits and report necessary or suggested changes to management.
- Lead the onboarding and management of benefit vendors to ensure delivery aligned with Company values and strategy.

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of managing benefits including and retirement programs with experience in designing, implementing, and managing Benefit Programs.
- Expertise in APAC region and local benefits practices is being sought.
- Strong knowledge of Benefits strategy, design, and administration including experience with Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of key global business trends, the role will also partner with projects that may span across other regions.
- Knowledge of the marketplace, developments, and trends related to the Benefits function.
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized.
