Are you an experienced Change Lead who thrives in complex, high-profile transformation environments? Do you have the ability to translate strategic design into meaningful change that people can understand, adopt, and embrace?
We are looking for a talented Change Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering one of the most significant integration programmes across GTR and Network Rail Sussex. This is a unique opportunity to shape how two organisations work together, ensuring that change is successfully embedded and delivers lasting benefits for colleagues, customers, and the railway.
What You'll Do
The Change Lead will be responsible for leading change activities for GTR and Sussex, as part of the Integration Project. There will be close working with the central GBR Change Management Office to ensure alignment with wider industry to turn design outputs into clear, practical changes for local teams.

- Assessing change impacts across teams and functions
- Developing and delivering stakeholder engagement approaches
- Supporting leader and manager readiness
- Assessing organisational readiness for key integration milestones
- Identifying and managing change risks and resistance
- Measuring adoption and embedding of new ways of working
