Integration Consultant
About Reply:

Role Overview:
As an Integration Consultant, you will apply your foundation in integration engineering to deliver modern, cloud-based solutions within real-world consulting engagements. You will work as part of Valorem Reply’s Integration and Cloud Modernisation team, contributing to world-class projects while developing your expertise across Azure services and DevOps practices. This role offers a clear progression path toward senior technical and architectural positions, alongside opportunities to build consulting and leadership capabilities. Over time, you may also mentor junior consultants, supporting their development while collaborating within a dynamic and innovative team.
This is a hybrid role based in London or Manchester.
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple client engagements across industries, delivering integration solutions throughout the full lifecycle
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support the operational handover of integration solutions
- Build and deliver solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Functions
- Apply knowledge of hybrid integration approaches, including awareness of BizTalk Server where relevant
- Combine hands-on development with an understanding of business processes and solution design
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with client needs and technical best practices
- Participate in delivery planning and support successful execution of integration projects
- Demonstrate strong consulting skills, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver value
- Uphold high standards of technical excellence and contribute to overall customer success

About the Candidate:
- 2:1 degree or above in a technical or computing-related discipline
- 2–4 years’ experience delivering integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions)
- Experience with DevOps practices, including automated build and release pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
- Strong knowledge of integration design patterns, event-driven architecture, RESTful APIs, and JSON/XML transformation
- Experience with BizTalk Server or similar enterprise integration platforms
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks, mocking tools, and CI/CD automation for integration projects
- Working understanding of Azure resource provisioning, ARM/Bicep templates, and cloud governance principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, with a proactive, accountable mindset and ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
