🎯 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant – Integration to deliver business solutions using an API-based integration platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API integrations, JSON, Git, application architecture, and stakeholder management, with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

πŸ’Ό Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver integration solutions using an API-based platform to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather, analyse, and define functional requirements and solution designs.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise to project delivery teams.
  • Design, implement, and manage integration solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead client workshops to gather, define, and document business requirements.
  • Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders.
  • Document and implement integration changes and data-mapping requirements.
  • Maintain process flow documentation and implementation playbooks.
  • Develop, test, and validate integration changes using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Support client implementations and troubleshoot integration issues using debugging techniques.
  • Work closely with Product, Development, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards.
  • Participate in story estimation, sprint planning, and release activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, reusable tools, and integration best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the UK, Ireland, and Australia.

  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and testing integrations.
  • Strong understanding of API-based integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of Git.
  • Good understanding of JSON.
  • Strong knowledge of Application Architecture and API Management.
  • Excellent analytical, logical decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams.
