Expleo are recruiting for an experienced Integration and Test Engineer to join our team on a contract basis, supporting our client, a major Automotive manufacturer based in Warwickshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver ADAS integration, testing, and calibration across rigs, simulations, and vehicles.
- Perform static and dynamic calibration of camera, radar, LiDAR, and ultrasonic sensors using OEM tools.
- Execute system-level testing using CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet (e.g. CANalyzer, CANoe, INCA).
- Analyse logs, identify issues, support root cause analysis, and coordinate fixes with engineering teams.
- Support ECU flashing, configuration, parameterisation, and validation of ADAS features.
- Contribute to test automation and data analysis using Python, CAPL, C, MATLAB, and Simulink.
- Maintain test, calibration, and defect documentation and provide feedback to refine system requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree-level education (or equivalent experience) in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Class 3 Licence preferred.
- Strong technical expertise with proven knowledge in electrical and software engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in ADAS system testing, calibration, or vehicle electrical integration.
