Sr. Integration Engineer
We are seeking a Sr. Integration Engineer to build and support scalable enterprise integrations using Workato. This role will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineers to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions supporting critical business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of integrations using Workato, APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Build, test, deploy, monitor, and support integrations across finance, HR, CRM, document management, and analytics platforms.
- Use advanced Workato features, including recipes, custom connectors, SDKs, on-prem agents, and formulas.
- Ensure integrations meet security, scalability, resilience, architecture, and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and improve integration performance, reliability, and reuse.
- Lead code and recipe reviews and establish reusable integration patterns.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team knowledge sharing.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and recommend practical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain accurate Jira documentation.
- Present sprint deliverables and lead technical discussions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of application development or integration engineering experience.
- Advanced experience with Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform.
- Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, and enterprise data platforms.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, Workato formulas, or other scripting tools.
- Experience leading enterprise integration initiatives.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
