Order Ref: 37317400 Position Title: Integration Engineer Duration: Contract Location: Gaydon

Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.

Inside IR35 £28.43 PER HOUR

Duties:

  • Responsible for the creation of manual and automated feature and system level test cases for Interior Experience features based on feature and system level documentation.
  • Responsible for ensuring the appropriate test techniques are applied and test cases created are robust and meet quality standards.
  • Responsible for executing feature level test cases on vehicles and system level test cases on Hardware in the Loop or Vehicle in the Loop rigs.
  • Responsible for producing test execution reports.
  • Responsible for supporting defect management and root cause analysis of issues.
  • Work closely with the system engineers and system leads to ensure that all requirements can be tested and have clear traceability to test cases.

  • Automotive System Integration & Integration Testing experience.
  • Working experience in Systems Engineering "V-Model" specifically requirements-based testing and design verification and validation.
  • Understanding of Systems Engineering tools processes and practices.
  • Relevant experience of building simulation environment - within the automotive industry (dSPACE, Simulink).
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences on sometimes complex issues, topics and engineering principles and practices.
