Overview
We are seeking an experienced and technically capable Integration Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience to join our thermal systems development and validation team. The role focuses on commissioning, integration, validation and optimisation of advanced automotive thermal management systems, with particular emphasis on electrical, electronic and software-controlled systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Commission newly developed prototype thermal systems.
- Support test rig setup and test execution to validate electrical and software functionality.
- Validate software releases and provide feedback to software engineers.
- Assist development of thermal control strategies, analyse test data and report findings;
- Support vehicle installations, OEM testing and sign-off activities.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in system integration, validation, testing or development engineering.
- Experience with electrical and electronic systems, software validation, diagnostics and fault finding.
- Practical understanding of embedded control systems and vehicle electrical architectures.
- Familiarity with CAN communication protocols and diagnostic tools. Experience using CANape, CANalyzer, INCA, Vector tools, or similar development environments.
- Strong analysis, reporting and root-cause investigation skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience with thermal management systems, refrigerant systems,
- High Voltage awareness/certification.
- F-Gas certification.
- Electric vehicle systems
- Control strategy development.
- Software verification processes and vehicle-level integration activities.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel to OEM facilities, customer sites and external test houses may be required to support vehicle installation, commissioning, testing and sign-off activities.
