Role Overview

Steadman Brown are collaborating with one of the largest Salesforce customers in the UK, a brand you're likely familiar with. They are currently expanding their internal Salesforce team, which works across Sales, Service, Experience, Agentforce, Data360, Marketing, and MuleSoft.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Integration Delivery: Own the integration delivery across the Salesforce estate.
  • Technical Design and Standards: Lead technical design, create standards, and deliver integrations across MuleSoft and wider enterprise platforms.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Enterprise Integration Engineering: Strong experience in enterprise integration engineering, including MuleSoft.
  • APIs and Enterprise Architecture: Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise API architecture.
  • CRM, ERP, and Cloud Integrations: Experience integrating CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms.
  • API Security: Strong understanding of API security and authentication, including OAuth and JWT.
  • Azure Services: Experience with Azure API Management and/or Azure Integration Services.
  • CI/CD and Deployments: Experience with CI/CD and integration deployments.
  • Technical Leadership and Mentoring: Proven experience leading technical delivery and mentoring engineers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Integration Delivery: Own end-to-end integration delivery across multiple programs.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical design decisions and define integration standards and best practices.
  • API and Integration Development: Design and develop APIs and integrations.
  • MuleSoft Integrations: Develop and support MuleSoft integrations.
  • Testing and Deployment: Oversee integration testing, deployment, and operational support.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex integration issues and lead root cause analysis.
  • Performance and Reliability: Drive improvements in integration performance, monitoring, and reliability.
  • Documentation and Governance: Maintain integration documentation, governance, and technical standards.
  • Technical Escalation: Act as the technical escalation point for integration issues.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support other Integration Engineers.
