Integration Lead
Job Description
We are looking for an Integration Lead to support the implementation of a new SaaS-based case management platform within a global pharmaceutical organisation.
Proven experience within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector is essential. Candidates without experience delivering or supporting technology solutions in a Life Sciences environment cannot be considered. This role requires prior exposure to case management platforms and business processes within a regulated industry, with the ability to bridge application configuration, integrations, data, and cloud-based technologies. Experience within pharmacovigilance, drug safety, adverse event management, or similar regulated functions would be highly advantageous, but is not a mandatory requirement.
The role combines application configuration, integration delivery, cloud-native solution design, AI/ML optimisation, database interaction, and testing. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will help deliver a new SaaS-based platform while identifying opportunities to improve workflows, data flows, and operational processes across the wider technology landscape.
You will play a key role in configuring the solution, supporting integrations, assessing existing processes and data extracts, and ensuring the new platform is successfully embedded within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customise the case management application in line with business and operational requirements.
- Support the implementation and integration of the new SaaS-based platform.
- Design and build cloud-native solutions that integrate with the case management application.
- Work with existing workflows, data extracts, integrations, and application processes.
- Identify gaps within the current solution and support the design of appropriate technical improvements.
- Explore opportunities to optimise the platform and associated processes using AI/ML capabilities.
- Work with databases and data extracts to support application integrations and information flows.
- Define and support appropriate testing frameworks for the application and its integrations.
- Complete integration, system, and functional testing to ensure the solution operates as expected.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and the software vendor throughout delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
