Company Overview
Based in Wokingham, UK, Intersurgical Ltd is a global designer, manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of high-quality medical devices for respiratory care, providing flexible patient solutions for airway management, anaesthesia, critical care, and oxygen and aerosol therapy for applications within emergency care, hospitals and also in the home.
Role Overview
Due to a pending carve-out acquisition, Intersurgical is expanding its Integration Management Office (IMO) and is seeking skilled project support professionals to support one of the largest and most complex integrations in the medical device sector.
We are looking for professionals with experience in project coordination, programme administration, reporting, document control and operational support.
Although this role sits within the IMO rather than an individual business function, the successful candidate will provide organised, reliable support across the integration programme.
Key Responsibilities
This is a project support and coordination role. It is an opportunity for an experienced professional to apply their organisational and programme support skills within a fast-paced integration environment, working alongside executive leadership to ensure successful Day 1 readiness and post-close integration.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality project support, coordination and operational administration to the Integration Management Office, ensuring programme governance, documentation, reporting, meetings and business processes are managed effectively. They will support the day-to-day operation of the IMO by maintaining accurate records, coordinating activities, tracking actions and milestones, preparing programme materials and help teams follow agreed processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
