IT Integration Manager (Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Peterborough, UK with regular travel to Germany (expenses covered)

Contract: 6-month FTC (with potential to extend or become permanent)

Start Date: ASAP

Looking for an experienced IT Integration Manager

Looking for an experienced IT Integration Manager to join a global organisation during a critical acquisition and business integration programme.

This role is ideal for someone who has spent 10–15+ years in IT leadership and hands-on technical delivery, with deep experience of legacy technologies, complex system integrations, and IT carve-outs. You'll play a key role in supporting the integration of a newly acquired business, working closely with stakeholders to assess the existing technology landscape, identify integration gaps, and deliver a successful transition into the wider IT environment.

This is not a traditional project management role. We're looking for someone who has personally led complex technical integrations, understands legacy enterprise environments, and can engage confidently with highly technical teams.

The Role

You'll provide technical integration leadership throughout the acquisition lifecycle, from analysing inherited systems through to planning and delivering integration into the wider technology estate.

Key responsibilities include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
