Company Description
Redzone, the Connected Workforce business unit within QAD | Redzone, helps manufacturers make more products for less while greatly improving the employee experience. While there is a lot of hype around digital transformation, the factory of the future, and Industry 4.0, the focus has been on the equipment and technology – not the people. At Redzone, we are all about the people, what we call “the connected workforce.”
We make frontline teams more engaged and more productive so their lives improve while contributing to positive business outcomes. We do this by combining exceptional software and world-class coaching, giving our customers an average productivity increase of 26% in 90 days. Redzone brings together Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams, improving the communications between those teams to resolve issues and increase output. Decision-making happens on the shop floor by the people doing the work, in real time, for immediate impact and a better overall employee experience.
With an AI powered platform, nearly 2000 plants and over 500,000 users, Redzone is changing the way people work – one plant at a time.
Job Description
Under the leadership of the VP of Product Management, the Integration Product Manager is responsible for defining, refining, and delivering enterprise products that help manufacturers connect Redzone with third-party systems (ERP, MES, and OT/IoT platforms), optimizing data flow, system connectivity and frontline execution across the plant floor.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of Redzone’s growth strategy. You will define how Redzone connects seamlessly into the broader manufacturing tech ecosystem—unlocking data from ERP, MES, HRIS, and OT systems to deliver seamless workflows and real-time connectivity for the frontline.
You will own the vision and execution for integrating with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, Ignition, GE Proficy, Workday, Kronos, and others. If you’ve spent your career bridging factory floors with enterprise systems and creating seamless data flow across manufacturing environments, we want to talk to you. The Integration Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive day-to-day product strategy, execution, prioritization, and customer engagement across integration.
This position is Full-Time and Remote, with a requirement to travel up to 40% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Gains a thorough understanding of customer integration needs and uses that knowledge to help deliver enterprise products that provide an unparalleled connected experience.
- Translates business goals, system requirements, and end-user needs into an actionable integration product strategy.
- Identifies goals, metrics, and analytics to determine the business and operational value of integrations.
- Continually makes recommendations and refinements to integration capabilities based on customer learnings and technical feedback.
- Identifies pros, cons, issues, obstacles, technical dependencies, and value associated with integration features and API enhancements.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders across Redzone, including executives, customers, Redzone Coaching, Sales, Solutions, and Engineering teams.
- Supports Redzone’s annual product strategy cadence of ideating and bringing the next big thing to life in order to increase plant performance and connect frontline workers in manufacturing.
- Facilitates the prioritization and definition of new integration capabilities, system connectors, and product enhancements.
- Supports the development of user stories, technical specs, data mapping, and integration requirements.
- Provides feedback to the design team and to Software Engineers during sprint retrospectives and architecture reviews.
- Closely partners with the Solutions Consultant team and supports technical integration discussions during peak sales times.
- Acts as the Integration subject matter expert across product development, customer discussions, and internal enablement.
- Owns the day-to-day product management responsibilities for Redzone’s integration roadmap and partner connector suite.
- Partners closely with Engineering leads and Product Owners to align sprint backlog priorities, technical debt, and product execution.
- Defines and drives product capabilities related to third-party data exchange, ERP/MES/WMS connectivity, OT/IoT data ingestion, and API workflows.
- Engages directly with customers, IT leadership, and coaches to understand plant connectivity challenges and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Supports testing, validation, rollout, and early-adopter customer feedback loops for new integration features and platform connectors.
- Ensures alignment between integration product direction, customer data outcomes, and operational impact within manufacturing environments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
