Division: BT International

Job Location: GBR-London-BTHQ One Braham

Advertised Salary: Competitive

About The Role

This is a key role supporting the integration planning for the proposed joint venture between BT International and Verizon. The Integration Planning Manager will provide the structure, coordination and discipline needed to keep a complex, international programme moving at pace.

Working closely with the Designate CEO, Integration Director, senior leaders, functional workstreams and external advisers, the role will act as a central point of coordination for the Integration Management Office. It will help leaders stay aligned, ensure governance operates effectively, maintain accurate programme information and turn discussions into clear decisions, actions and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Integration leadership support

  • Support the Designate CEO and Integration Director in the day-to-day operation of the integration programme, anticipating requirements and ensuring priorities are translated into coordinated activity.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact across the programme, connecting leaders, workstreams and advisers and helping to unblock issues that could slow progress.
  • Handle sensitive commercial, organisational and people information with sound judgement, discretion and appropriate confidentiality.

Integrated planning and coordination

  • Own and maintain the integrated programme plan, bringing together milestones, deliverables, dependencies and decision points across BT, Verizon and external partners.
  • Coordinate inputs across functional workstreams, including strategy, operations, technology, finance, people, communications and change, identifying gaps, overlaps and interdependencies.
  • Track progress against agreed priorities and milestones, escalating emerging risks, issues or slippage to the appropriate programme leader.

Governance, decisions and actions

  • Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums, workshops and planning sessions, ensuring participants are prepared and focused on the decisions and outcomes required.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing packs and supporting materials, capturing decisions, actions, owners and due dates accurately.
  • Maintain clear governance records and provide disciplined follow-up so that commitments are progressed and decisions are reflected in the programme plan.

Programme reporting and communications

  • Maintain core programme documentation, reporting and governance materials so there is a reliable and current source of programme information.
  • Produce concise, high-quality executive presentations, briefings, status updates and stakeholder communications.
  • Translate detailed workstream information into clear messages on progress, priorities, dependencies, risks and decisions required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
