Integration Project Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)
Pay: £650-750/day (Outside IR35)

Stanton House is partnering with a PE-backed financial services business to recruit an Integration Project Manager.

About the Role

Working closely with the Head of Integration, you'll lead the delivery of multiple acquisition integrations, ensuring businesses are successfully transitioned onto a common operating platform while maintaining business continuity and delivering acquisition value.

Key Requirements

  • Proven post-merger integration experience from deal close through to integration.
  • Day 1 readiness and 100-day planning experience.
  • Experience coordinating Operations, Technology, Compliance, HR, and Finance workstreams.
  • Exposure to platform, process, client, or data migrations.
  • Strong governance, RAID management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience tracking synergies and benefits realisation.
  • Financial services experience, ideally within wealth management, advice, or platforms.
  • Ability to start quickly and travel as required.
