Integration Project Manager
London (Hybrid) | £80,000-£90,000 + Benefits
Stanton House is partnering with an acquisitive UK wealth management group to recruit an Integration Project Manager.
Working closely with the Head of Integration, you'll take ownership of multiple live integration programmes, ensuring acquired businesses are successfully integrated while delivering the operational and commercial benefits behind each deal. With several businesses currently being integrated and more in the pipeline, this is an opportunity to play a key role in building and shaping the integration function.

We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience delivering post-merger integration programmes, including Day 1 readiness and 100-day plans.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Operations, Technology, HR, Finance, and Compliance.
- Strong programme governance skills, including RAID management, dependency tracking, and senior stakeholder reporting.
- Experience tracking synergies, benefits realisation, and integration outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with operational teams and business leaders.
- Financial services experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Willingness to learn the wealth management sector and travel to acquired businesses as required.
