This is a business-critical role responsible for driving the successful integration of people, processes, systems, and operations across complex matrix structures. The successful candidate will manage multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery against key milestones while minimising disruption to customers, employees, and business operations.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Change functions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future operating model of the newly structured business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the integration programme.
  • Establish and manage multiple workstreams covering Finance, Operations, Technology, Process Alignment, Risk, Compliance, and People.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, governance structures, and reporting packs.
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams, third-party suppliers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive process harmonisation and operating model alignment across multiple organisational structures.
  • Manage interdependencies between workstreams and ensure risks, issues, and blockers are proactively mitigated.
  • Monitor delivery against timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Support change management and business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements are considered throughout the programme lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
