Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile integration programme following some major strategic changes impacting the business’ operating model.
This is a business-critical role responsible for driving the successful integration of people, processes, systems, and operations across complex matrix structures. The successful candidate will manage multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery against key milestones while minimising disruption to customers, employees, and business operations.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Change functions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future operating model of the newly structured business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the integration programme.
- Establish and manage multiple workstreams covering Finance, Operations, Technology, Process Alignment, Risk, Compliance, and People.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, governance structures, and reporting packs.
- Coordinate activities across internal teams, third-party suppliers, and executive stakeholders.
- Drive process harmonisation and operating model alignment across multiple organisational structures.
- Manage interdependencies between workstreams and ensure risks, issues, and blockers are proactively mitigated.
- Monitor delivery against timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
- Support change management and business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements are considered throughout the programme lifecycle.

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience leading complex business transformation, M&A integration or large-scale change programmes.
- Strong project management background within Financial Services, ideally with exposure to Commercial Finance, Banking, or Lending Operations.
- Experience managing cross-functional workstreams involving Finance, Technology, Operations, and Business Change.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at Executive and C-Suite level.
- Strong understanding of programme governance, project controls, risk management, and reporting.
- Experience managing system migrations, process redesign, and organisational change initiatives.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Project Management certification such as Prince2, PMP, or Agile qualifications would be advantageous.
