We're partnering with a rapidly expanding financial planning group that's acquiring and integrating high-quality advisory businesses across the UK. With ambitious growth plans and significant investment behind the business, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with advisers, improving processes, and driving positive change.
As an Integration Specialist, you'll play a central role in supporting newly joined firms as they transition into the wider group. You'll work directly with advisers, paraplanners, administrators, and management teams to ensure a smooth adoption of systems, processes, and best practices.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Manager, Paraplanner, or Operations professional looking to move into a broader, more strategic role.

Role & Responsibilities: 📋
- Support the successful onboarding of advisory firms into the wider business.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational, workflow, and system-related queries.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and create user-friendly support materials.
- Help advisers and support teams adopt new processes and ways of working.
- Review and analyze business data to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with migrating and validating information across different systems and platforms.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a positive integration experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to continuously enhance onboarding and transition methodologies.
- Identify operational risks, recommend solutions, and support their implementation.
- Contribute to multiple integration projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery.

Do you have the following to apply? ✅
- A background in financial planning operations, client servicing, paraplanning, or practice management.
- Strong knowledge of adviser workflows and back-office technology.
- Good understanding of Intelligent Office would be desirable.
