INTEGRATION SUPPORT ACCOUNTANT
Trinity Estates
Competitive
Hybrid - Hemel Hempstead
Role Overview
You will play a pivotal role in bringing newly acquired or onboarded businesses into Trinity Estates’ finance ecosystem, ensuring accurate, timely and controlled integration of data, processes and reporting. Working in a hybrid way from home and our Head Office at Vantage Point, 23 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 7DN, you will collaborate across Finance, Operations, IT and the wider Odevo Group to make integrations smooth and value-adding.
With a blend of hands-on technical accounting, systems mapping and project coordination, you will safeguard financial integrity through data migration, reconciliations and process alignment. You will be a calm, people-focused partner to internal teams and external stakeholders, translating complex information into clear actions and embedding best-practice controls as new entities transition into business-as-usual.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Most days you will be preparing, validating and reconciling financial data for migration, mapping chart of accounts and tax treatments, and aligning processes with Trinity Estates’ standards. You will troubleshoot issues quickly, document controls, support month-end cutovers for new entities, and provide clear updates to stakeholders to keep timelines on track.
What Success Looks Like
- Integrations delivered on time with clean balance sheet reconciliations and zero unresolved data integrity issues.
- Clear, auditable migration documentation and process notes that enable seamless handover to BAU teams.
- Stakeholders feel informed and supported, with risks surfaced early and mitigated proactively.
- Month-end for onboarded entities closes accurately and to group timelines from the first full cycle.
- System mappings that are robust, scalable and aligned to group reporting requirements.
- Continuous improvement ideas implemented to simplify, automate or de-risk future integrations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
