Employment: Permanent preferred; freelance/contract candidates may also be considered
Working Model: Hybrid / UK-based

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Integration Team Lead to support a major Guidewire transformation programme in the UK.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the integration workstream around Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud, leading technical delivery across Guidewire integrations and the wider cloud ecosystem.

This role requires strong hands-on Guidewire integration expertise combined with the ability to lead engineers, shape integration design and work effectively with architecture, business and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Guidewire integration team across design, development and delivery.
  • Own integration architecture and technical delivery for Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud.
  • Design and implement integrations between Guidewire and internal/external systems.
  • Work extensively with Guidewire Integration Gateway and Guidewire Cloud integration capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership across APIs, services, messaging and cloud-based integrations.
  • Lead and mentor Guidewire developers and integration engineers.
  • Review technical designs and ensure adherence to Guidewire and cloud architecture standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration and performance issues.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts and Guidewire functional teams.
  • Support delivery across development, testing, deployment and production-readiness activities.
  • Help establish integration standards, development practices and governance across the programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
