By living our values - we play to win, customer obsessed, we are one and it starts with me - we deliver That New Look Feeling for our customers and each other.

THE ROLE:

(2 Days In Office)

The Technical Lead (TL) of an Integration Product Team provides technical leadership and guidance to the development team, making architectural decisions within established guardrails. They ensure the scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability of integration platforms and services, with a strong focus on C#/.NET and Microsoft Azure.

The TL works in close partnership with the Architecture team and Engineering Manager (PM) to lead a high-performing team capable of delivering at pace. They help stakeholders understand technical complexity, enabling accurate estimation and effective capacity planning. They are a senior engineer who mentors others, collaborates across distributed teams, and works closely with Engineering leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Co-lead a cross-functional, cross-platform Product Team (squad) to become high-performing
  • Work closely with the Engineering Manager (EM) and Integration Architect to make decisions on ways of working, delivery, and prioritisation
  • Own the technical roadmap for integration services, aligned with wider Architecture and Engineering strategy
  • Partner with the team to estimate effort and complexity for roadmap delivery
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in C#/.NET and Azure-based integration solutions
  • Design and implement robust integration patterns (e.g., APIs, messaging, event-driven architectures)
  • Mentor engineers and support their technical growth and understanding of integration concepts
  • Remove technical blockers impacting delivery (e.g., environment access, service dependencies, pipeline issues)
  • Proactively identify and manage technical debt within integration platforms
  • Design scalable, resilient cloud-native solutions using Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Container Applications)
  • Ensure high reliability and security through monitoring, alerting, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery strategies
  • Promote maintainable codebases through best practices (coding standards, reviews, modular design, documentation)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
