Integration Technical Lead –.NET, C# & Azure
Location: London or Dorset
Working Pattern: HYBRID - 2 days per week onsite
ARCA Consulting is proud to be partnering with a leading UK ecommerce business that is continuing to evolve its technology landscape and is looking for an experienced Integration Technical Lead with hands-on .Net, C# expertise to play a key role in shaping its integration capability.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile, digitally driven organisation and combine hands-on technical expertise with technical leadership, working across Engineering, Product and Architecture to build scalable, secure and resilient integration services.
You'll have genuine influence over technical direction, architecture and delivery, while remaining close to the technology and supporting a talented engineering team.
Ecommerce, retail or similar experience would be advantageous, but it isn't essential. We're interested in candidates who have worked in complex, high-volume or customer-focused technology environments where reliability, scalability and integration are critical.
What you'll be doing
As Integration Technical Lead, you'll provide technical leadership within an integration-focused product team, helping shape the technical direction while enabling the team to deliver at pace.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
