What you will be doing as Integration Test Manager?
- Developing & leading comprehensive testing strategies for automation projects
- Managing integration testing plans across software and hardware systems
- Overseeing FAT, SAT, UAT, and performance testing activities
- Working closely with customers and suppliers to ensure successful delivery
- Leading and developing a team of Integration Test Engineers
- Supporting issue resolution and ensuring all non-compliances are closed out
- Contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools

What do we need from you?
- Experience delivering testing on integrated automation or engineering projects
- Strong understanding of warehouse automation systems (WMS, WCS, PLCs, mechanical systems)
- Ability to develop and execute detailed testing plans
- Experience managing teams and working in matrix organisations
- Strong communication skills with internal teams and customers
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and quality
