Integration Test Manager

Our client designs and delivers large-scale, automated material handling solutions for the logistics and warehousing sector — integrating robotics, conveyor systems, controls and software into fully operational sites for major customers across the UK. As the business continues to grow its project pipeline, they're now looking for an experienced Integration Test Manager to own the testing strategy across every stage of the project lifecycle.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role spanning both pre-sales and delivery. Early on, you'll work alongside the Sales and Solution Design teams to define contractual test requirements for new automated warehouse proposals, and lead software scope discussions directly with clients. Once an order is won, you'll take ownership of building and executing the full testing plan — covering software and hardware, internal and third-party systems — right through to contractual performance testing and early-life support after customer handover.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
