Integration & Transformation Manager

Department: Strategy & Operations

Role Purpose

Lead business integration and transformation programmes, ensuring acquisitions, new entities, and strategic initiatives are embedded successfully with minimal disruption.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead acquisition integrations.
  • Develop integration plans.
  • Deliver change management plans.
  • Implement target operating models.
  • Drive process standardisation.
  • Support international expansion.
