Integrations Business Analyst
My client is currently looking for an Integrations Business Analyst to join their exciting and busy projects on an initial 6-month contract.
They are looking for someone to come in and lead the definition of integration requirements across the business, translate business needs into practical integration and IT solutions, with an end-to-end view of processes and data.
You will need to produce clear, detailed integration specifications for delivery teams, support right-first-time delivery through effective testing and implementation and gather, document and analyse integration requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
Essential skills and experience:
- Three to five years’ experience as a Business Analyst specialising in integrations, ideally within a global IT function and a comparable business-to-business environment.
- Practical experience of defining and delivering system integrations.
- Experience working across countries, functions and cultures.
- Strong command of business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, data modelling, use cases, requirements traceability, and functional and non-functional specifications.
- Proven ability to translate business and data requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Good understanding of IT systems, software delivery lifecycles and agile delivery methods.
- Confident communicator who can work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in computer science, information technology or a related field.

Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience of Oracle Integration Cloud
- Experience of other integration platform as a service tools, such as Workato, Boomi or MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with global enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and other enterprise systems, including Oracle NetSuite and HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services.
- A recognised business analysis qualification, such as PMI-PBA or CBAP.
- Business analysis experience in the cyber security sector.
- A recognised qualification in business process management or process mapping, such as BPMN, or practical experience of Lean or Six Sigma
