Serving as a technical consultant, the Integration Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and integration of customized software environments for our customers. This role is both technical and customer-facing.
Your Role at Orange Logic
- Conducts discovery working sessions to gather and assess customer requirements
- Proposes and builds custom solutions with a focus on scalability and in consideration of a customer’s broader business goals
- Troubleshoots software-related problems that occur in customer environments
- Advises customers and partners with respect to technical best practices and recommendations for workflow improvements
- Serves as a customer advocate, providing tailored service and advocating for product enhancements
- Proactively communicates cross-functionally to progress time-bound project deliverables
- Performs customer training on general platform functionality and customer-specific customizations
- Collaborates with customer I.T. teams and vendors to ensure successful integration setup and rollout

Ideal Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
- Proven experience implementing and integrating enterprise SaaS solutions (required)
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks and technologies, including APIs and webhooks (required)
- Intermediate experience configuring A.I. agents and Python or JavaScript (preferred)
- Applied experience with Digital Asset Management systems is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Positive attitude, with a genuine enthusiasm for proactively solving problems
- Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage several concurrent projects simultaneously
- Analytical thinker who can translate complex business needs into feasible solutions

Compensation
The salary range for this role is €70,000 to €90,000 gross per year. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and role scope. This role may also be eligible for additional benefits in line with company policy.
