This is a full-time, office-based role based at our Support Office in Darlington, working 40 hours per week and offering the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the organisation to support homes nationwide.

As an Integration & Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring our core business systems work together effectively, securely, and reliably. Combining technical expertise with problem-solving capability, you'll design and maintain integrations, support system improvements, and help ensure accurate data flows across a complex digital landscape.
Working Closely with the Digital & Data Team
You'll be responsible for the integration architecture, API management, and technical connectivity that support critical systems across finance, care management, HR, payroll, and operational services.
You'll design, maintain, and monitor integrations between systems, ensuring information flows accurately and efficiently while investigating and resolving technical issues when they arise. You'll also support system administration, configuration management, and implementation projects, helping to improve the reliability and effectiveness of business applications.

A key part of the role will be maintaining strong technology governance and controls across key systems. You'll support access management, change control, documentation, and evidence requirements, ensuring systems operate securely and meet internal control standards.
You'll also work closely with colleagues across Digital, Data, and operational teams to improve data quality, support system enhancements, and contribute to the continued development of the organisation's technology landscape.
About You
You'll be an experienced systems analyst, integration specialist, or technical analyst with a strong understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, and data connectivity. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges and have the ability to understand how different systems, processes, and data sources work together.
You'll be highly organised and methodical, with a strong focus on documentation, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, you'll be able to explain complex issues clearly and build effective relationships across the organisation.
We're looking for someone who combines technical capability with a proactive approach, taking ownership of problems, identifying improvements, and ensuring systems continue to support business needs.
Essential
What you'll bring
- Significant experience in a systems analyst, integration engineer, or technical analyst role.
- Proven experience designing, managing, and supporting system integrations and APIs.
- Strong understanding of data exchange between enterprise systems and experience troubleshooting integration issues.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience managing system administration, configuration, and user access within business applications.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, system processes, and controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Desirable
- Experience working within healthcare, social care, or another regulated environment.
- Experience supporting IT General Controls (ITGCs), including access management, change management, and system operations controls.
- Experience supporting SOX control testing, audit evidence, or governance processes.
- Experience with integration platforms such as Azure Integration Services, Boomi, MuleSoft, or equivalent technologies.
Additional Information
This role is based at our Central Support Office in Darlington on a hybrid basis, with regular office attendance and occasional travel to care homes and regional offices.
An Enhanced DBS check and DVLA licence check are required for this role.

From time to time, you may be asked to undertake other duties appropriate to the role, and the responsibilities outlined above may be reasonably reviewed and updated following consultation to reflect business needs.
