Location: UK - Field-Based with UK travel required
Salary: Up to £60,000, depending on experience
When Radiant welcomes a new business through acquisition, you'll be the person who makes the transition feel seamless. As an Integrations Training Consultant, you'll deliver hands-on training, on-site support and coaching to Financial Planners, Paraplanners and operational teams - helping them get up to speed with Radiant's systems, processes and culture. You'll also support wider business-as-usual training initiatives across the Group, helping to maintain a consistent approach to learning, development and operational excellence.
Essential:
- Level 4 Diploma qualified is essential.
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes, client servicing and the regulated advice environment.
- Previous experience delivering training, coaching or supporting the development of colleagues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – you can explain complex information in a clear and practical way.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the UK, including regular overnight stays.
- A collaborative, approachable style, with the ability to build credibility fast.

Desirable:
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, system migrations or organisational change.
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office, Dynamic Planner, CashCalc and FE Analytics.
- A recognised training, coaching or learning and development qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and deliver role-specific training for acquired businesses before, during and after integration into Radiant, including providing on-site support to help colleagues apply learning in live operational environments.
- Deliver engaging learning solutions through workshops, coaching sessions, drop-in training, virtual learning and refresher training, tailored to individual and team needs.
- Create and maintain training materials, process guides, manuals and supporting resources, ensuring colleagues are equipped to adopt new systems, regulatory requirements and operational processes.
- Work closely with integration leads and departmental managers to align training with integration plans, operational readiness and business objectives.
- Monitor training effectiveness, assess ongoing learning needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, while supporting onboarding, system training and development initiatives across the wider business.
