The Intel Business Development Manager
The Intel Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth of Lenovo’s Intel-powered solutions across the Client, Workstation, and Infrastructure portfolios throughout the UK Ireland. Working closely with Lenovo sales teams, Intel stakeholders, and strategic channel partners, this role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, increasing revenue and market share, and strengthening Lenovo’s market position.

This is a role with regular travel across the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in technology sales, business development, or partner management and is experienced in working across complex stakeholder networks to deliver commercial growth. This role will be on a fixed term contract.
What Will You Do
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Intel-powered Lenovo solutions across commercial market segments.
- Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities within strategic, whitespace, and competitive accounts.
- Support sales teams with solution positioning, pricing strategies, bids, tenders, and account planning activities.
- Drive effective pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity tracking through CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Intel stakeholders to align joint business plans, investments, and co-sell initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, finance, and services teams to maximize commercial outcomes.
- Deliver enablement activities, sales training, and customer-facing presentations to increase solution awareness and adoption.
- Represent Lenovo and Intel at customer meetings, partner engagements, industry events, and business reviews.
What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum five years of experience in technology sales, business development, channel management, or a related commercial role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial PC, workstation, infrastructure, or data center solutions.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and successful business development initiatives.
- Experience working with vendors, strategic partners, and cross-functional sales organizations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, and business reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English with strong analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented capabilities.
