London-based Intellectual Property Role
This London-based Intellectual Property role is an opportunity for an ambitious lawyer with a minimum of 4 years' PQE to advise leading global brands across sectors including luxury goods, technology, and sports.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage international trade mark portfolios, handling clearance, registrability, filing strategies, and prosecution across the UK, EU, and global jurisdictions. Core duties involve managing both contentious and non-contentious matters, ranging from UKIPO/EUIPO proceedings and High Court disputes to online brand protection and anti-counterfeiting. Additionally, the position requires delivering strategic advice on licensing, coexistence agreements, and corporate due diligence.
