The team combines technical expertise with a practical, client-focused approach, delivering services such as portfolio management, competitor analysis, trademark filing, and dispute resolution across industries including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, retail, marketing, and agriculture. Dual-qualified attorneys are authorized to file directly in UK, US, and European jurisdictions, reducing reliance on subsidiary law firms and supporting cost-effective, high-quality service. Panoramix IP is regulated by the Intellectual Property Regulation Board (IPReg) in the UK and the California State Bar in the US, offering clients clarity, trust, and transparent guidance on safeguarding their intellectual property. The firm focuses on building long-term relationships and supporting clients at every stage of their IP journey.

Both are full-time remote positions focused on supporting attorneys with the management and protection of clients’ IP assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent and trademark applications across UK, US, and European jurisdictions, as well as maintaining accurate records and deadline calendars. The paralegals will draft and format legal documents, coordinate correspondence with clients and IP offices, and help organise files related to portfolios, trademarks, and disputes. The roles involve conducting basic legal and technical research, compiling evidence and documentation, and supporting competitor analysis and portfolio monitoring. Collaboration with attorneys and internal teams is essential to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of services to clients in diverse industries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
