Job Description
The Work
AFS is seeking an Intelligence All-Source Counterterrorism (CT) Analyst
- Analyzing and identifying theater threats, including transnational threats from state and non-state, and developing actionable intelligence to mitigate operational risks.
- Utilizing advanced expertise in intelligence research tools such as Palantir, Analyst’s Notebook, TAC (Targeting and Analysis Console), and other network development (NetDev) tools to conduct in-depth analysis of threat organizations
- Utilizing your expertise in intelligence research, analysis, and dissemination processes
- Employ strong analytical skills to draw insightful conclusions from complex data and effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences
- Write client-specific Finished Intelligence products and brief leaders and key stakeholders
- Integrate intelligence from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive understanding of the operational environment and threat groups, and contribute to the development of innovative strategies to enhance military effectiveness
Here's what you need:
- 5+ years of experience as an all-source analyst
- 3+ years of experience specializing in CT/Threat Networks
- 3+ years of experience specializing in network development tools and practices, including Palantir, Analyst’s Notebook, or TAC
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop insightful conclusions
- Knowledge and experience of strategic- and operational- level intelligence
- Ability to effectively communicate analysis and recommendations to various audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
Bonus points if you have:
- 3+ years of experience supporting a COCOM, including familiarity with COCOM-specific methodologies such as targeting cycles, operational intelligence support, and contingency planning
- Experience coordinating / communicating with interagency partners, COCOMs, and external stakeholders
- Experience in team leadership, technical project delivery, and client management
- Master’s Degree

- An active TS/SCI clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is: $8,900—$170,200 USD
