This is an onsite-based role requiring a driving licence:
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, as regular travel between our schemes in Ealing and Sunbury-on-Thames is required. Business mileage will be reimbursed in line with A2Dominion's mileage policy for travel between schemes, with Ealing as the designated base location.

Role Overview
As part of a team, you will provide intensive housing management support to vulnerable residents while helping to maintain a safe, secure, and well-managed living environment. You will support residents' housing needs and contribute to the upkeep and security of the building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular building inspections, identify elements of maintenance required and report repairs to the appropriate department.
- To help maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety and security within the building by carrying out regular checks (e.g. patrols and monitoring of CCTV, alarm testing) and maintaining accurate records (e.g. visitor logbooks, maintenance reporting, etc).
- To direct service contractors as required, helping to ensure an efficient and cost-effective service is delivered to residents and to the organisation.
- To be a key holder for the building and to allow/supervise access as appropriate.
- To assist the Housing Team with viewings and sign-ups where there are individual tenant needs and assist new residents to settle into their accommodation.
- To assist tenants to understand the housing management policies, for example where reporting of ASB would be appropriate.
- To support resident involvement and consultation events by helping to ensure that residents are kept informed and involved in decisions relating to their accommodation.
- To regularly monitor the general safety and wellbeing of residents including sign-posting residents to support service services where appropriate to report any concerns relating to safeguarding of vulnerable people using the correct procedures.
- To develop and maintain constructive relationships with residents, care and support providers, commissioning bodies and others from the wider community.
- Conduct void inspections and ensure rooms are prepared for allocation. This could include cleaning duties and needle sweeps if required.

More about you:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Experience of maintaining buildings health and safety requirements including regular inspections and monitoring
- Experience working with vulnerable people, including homeless residents desirable
- Ability to use IT packages and management information systems.
- Driving Licence and use of own transport essential
