Join Our Team – Intensive Support Worker (Drivers only)

What You'll Do

  • Provide intensive support to individuals in their homes, ensuring person-centred care
  • Assist with clinical and healthcare needs, monitoring mental and physical health as per care plans
  • Deliver personal care and support as needed
  • Follow outcome-focused support plans, collaborating with internal teams, health professionals, and families
  • Undertake specialist training to meet the competency requirements set out by health partners

What You'll Need

  • A Manual UK Driving Licence and access to your own car
  • Flexibility to work various shift patterns including days, evenings, weekends, and nights
  • A compassionate, thoughtful, and enthusiastic approach
  • Willingness to undertake specialist training and ongoing development
