About The Team

Our international and agile team is looking for support from a motivated person as a Intern - Supply Chain Coordinator for our UK team, supporting the Supply Chain function through procurement, supplier management, reporting, and logistics coordination. The successful candidate will help drive operational efficiency, enhance supplier performance, and ensure the effective delivery of materials and services to critical project locations, including the SaxaVord Launch Site.

Your Tasks

  • Support the implementation of reporting systems across RFAs UK Supply Chain
  • Work with existing colleagues to understand gaps and opportunities in process
  • Develop supplier monitoring techniques and criteria
  • Support Purchasing through the raising of Purchase Orders
  • Control Purchasing from Point of Request to Point of Delivery
  • Understand and Develop Logistic chains to the SaxaVord Launch Site

Your Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn, develop and give input
  • Understanding of broader Supply Chain Processes
  • Ability to manage own resources and time
  • Willing to communicate proactively across business stakeholders
  • Able and willing to travel to meet different teams within RFA, spend time at Launch site, and meet suppliers
