Role Description
The Interact Tutor online role is a remote, contract position focused on delivering interactive tutoring sessions to learners via online platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Planning and conducting live virtual lessons
- Facilitating discussions and activities
- Responding to learner questions in a clear and supportive manner

The tutor will monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt materials to different levels and learning styles. Additional tasks may include:
- Preparing digital learning resources
- Updating learner records
- Collaborating with the team to improve online teaching practices
The role requires consistent availability during agreed teaching hours and professional communication in all online interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong online teaching or tutoring skills, with the ability to engage learners in interactive, virtual environments.
- Proficiency with common online communication tools and learning platforms (e.g., video conferencing, virtual classrooms, shared documents).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with clear, understandable delivery and accurate grammar.
- Ability to plan lessons, manage time effectively, and organize learning materials for remote instruction.
- Demonstrated patience, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-centered approach when working with diverse audiences.
- Previous experience in education, tutoring, or training is preferred; online teaching experience is a strong advantage.
- Reliable internet connection, suitable equipment (computer, headset, webcam), and a quiet environment for conducting sessions.
