Interaction Designer - Government Gateway
Max Supplier Rate: £460
Clearance Required: BPSS
Duration: 6 months
Location: Telford (location is flexible)
Job Description
We are looking for an Interaction Designer to support work on the Government Gateway programme - mainly supporting SCP, EACD/RATE, and FRAUD PREVENTION CENTRE.
Key Responsibilities
- User-Centred Design: Build service flows based on real evidence of user needs and government outcomes.
- Prototyping & Testing: Create wireframes, user flows, and digital prototypes.
- Accessibility & Inclusion: Ensure designs meet strict public sector accessibility regulations and work for everyone, regardless of digital skills.
- Collaborative Delivery: Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams alongside user researchers, content designers, and product managers.
