General Application — Occam Industries
Kyiv, Full-Time
Occam Industries applies AI to Ukraine's drone fleet, flying on live combat missions. We are partnered with some of the major OEMs and brigades in Ukraine, and our AI is also deployed on EU platforms. We were built on a simple premise: deterrence is proven in the field, not built in a laboratory. We've been called a privatised combat engineering corps for Europe.
We don't have an open role that matches your background listed right now — but if that mission is the reason you're reading this, we still want to hear from you. Occam is growing quickly, and the people who end up doing the most important work here are rarely hired against a job spec that existed on day one. They're engineers, operators, and specialists who understood what we're building and made the case for where they'd fit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This is a good fit if you're motivated by consequence over comfort — work that's used, not just shipped; feedback from the frontline, not a product roadmap. It's a poor fit if you need a fully scoped role, a slow onboarding, or distance between your work and its outcome. Most of what we do sits close to the physical world: hardware, flight, combat conditions, and the teams operating in them. If you're strong in software, hardware, or hands-on engineering and you're drawn to that reality rather than intimidated by it, tell us why.
