Interface Oversight Project Manager / Integration Project Manager

Location: Sizewell C, London (2-3 days a week) with occasional travel to Suffolk.

Contract: Permanent, full-time.

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 - dependent on experience.

Help Deliver One of the UK's Largest Infrastructure Projects

Sizewell C is looking for an experienced Interface Oversight Project Manager to play a key role in coordinating interfaces across major delivery programmes on a nationally significant £20bn+ infrastructure project. This is a highly visible role where you'll work with Programme Leads, Senior Project Managers, PMO teams and delivery partners to ensure interfaces, dependencies and project information are effectively managed, aligned and communicated.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate interfaces across major delivery programmes
  • Drive collaboration between teams, functions and stakeholders
  • Monitor risks, dependencies and delivery performance
  • Produce interface reporting and performance insights
  • Support governance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build key relationships across the project and influence senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with other teams to enhance interface management processes
  • Support the future growth of the team, including recruiting Interface Engineers
  • Participate in recruitment activities, interviewing new team members as the Interface Management function continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience on major infrastructure, construction, engineering or capital projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Experience working within complex project environments
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Resilient, proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience

Desirable

  • Interface Management experience
  • Power BI awareness
  • PMO, Project Controls or Programme Management experience
  • Experience within a regulated environment
