Coordination Support Administrator
Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for supporting healthcare services? We are looking for a dedicated Coordination Support Administrator to join our Urgent Community Response (UCR) Teams, working cross site you will need to be able to work out of either our Eastbourne or Hastings bases.
These vital roles are key to the smooth and efficient delivery of community care, enabling patients to receive homecare support that prevent hospital admissions and enables earlier hospital discharge. You will be at the core of our fast-paced service, coordinating patient visits and overseeing caseload management with support from Duty Coordination Leads.
The post holder will provide valuable administrative support to these teams, with responsibility for a range of tasks including; answering catheter phones, managing the ordering of uniform, clinical stock, PPE and office supplies, managing staff personnel files, supporting with data extraction and contributing to daily reports, as well as providing ad hoc administrative support to staff as required. The post holder will work closely with administrative colleagues as well as Team Leads and Service Managers in order to contribute to efficient and effective processes across the services.
